*Duties*
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Check identification and verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or POS system
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Take orders from sit down areas
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies
*Skills*
- Strong knowledge of basic math for cash handling and making change
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in operating a POS system or cash register
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
